Design & fit-out of a fully operational coffee trailer

The Brief

Create a compact mobile coffee unit that combined strong visual character with efficient workflow within a restricted footprint.
The space needed to maximise storage, preparation and service capacity without compromising customer presentation.

Our Approach

A full-length timber counter was introduced to define the service zone while concealing under-counter storage to optimise usable space.
White metro tiles were applied to the rear wall to provide a durable and light-reflective backdrop, balancing the warmth of the timber.
The internal layout was carefully zoned, separating preparation, sink and refrigeration areas to maintain clear workflow within the confined environment.
The serving counter was lowered at the display section to improve product visibility without interrupting back-of-house efficiency.

The Result

The completed trailer combines visual clarity with disciplined spatial planning.
Preparation and service areas operate efficiently within the compact footprint, while material choices establish a recognisable brand identity.

The unit now supports smooth daily operation while maintaining clear customer visibility and service flow within a restricted space.
